DJ NEEKO , the British born Cypriot Selecta, DJ, and Producer who is currently residing in Birmingham, UK, is a force to be reckoned with in the music scene. Immersed in the vibrant sound system culture and Jamaican music, his journey from avid listener/collecter to specialist DJ began in 2005.
A pivotal member of the legendary 'Creepers' DJ collective and Warner Atlantic's esteemed street team, Creeper’s quickly earned acclaim as Pioneer DJs of the Year for two consecutive years. His affiliation with VP Records Street Team and Greensleeves further elevated his status, propelling him to secure bookings across the UK, Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean, sharing stages with icons like Beenie Man, 50 Cent, Skepta, Giggs, Stylo G to name a few, Neeko's dynamic performances have captivated audiences worldwide.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Neeko's evolution knows no bounds. Beyond his prowess in DJing and production, he dedicates significant time to nurturing emerging talents. As a strategic advisor and A&R expert, he shapes the future of music for people who want it in an ethical way, pushing boundaries and breaking the industry standard.

Haji Mike aka Mike Hajimichael

Dub Poet – Radio Presenter – DJ – Writer – Doctor of Philosophy – Professor

Born in Marathovouno, Cyprus, and raised in London, England, Haji Mike is one of the most well known artist in the far eastern Mediterannean island. He is on Youtube, Soundcloud, Twitter, Facebook, iTunes, Bandcamp et al. He’s been on the BBC (Rhythms Of The World TV Programme, and Andy Kershaw live radio sessions) and has graced many  radio stations land and net based.

Lyrically he has appeared on many  artists creations (attempted full discography below) not only on dub, but hip hop, acid funk, dance and world music. He’s toured extensively throughout the world in South Africa, Japan, UK, Jamaica, Greece, the USA, Ireland, France, Portugal and his homeland, Cyprus. Currently, he  DJ’s on 3 stations weekly including Nice Up Radio, Riddim 1 Radio & Koubebi 

Haji Mike is also a Professor and Head of The Department of Communications at The University of Nicosia, and  has lectured at conferences throughout the world.  He recently completed the book ‘Bob Marley and Media Representation and Audiences’ (Rowman & Littlefield, 2023)

The latest musical project by Haji Mike is called Acoustic Poetry and it was recorded in Jamaica in the spring of 2023.

Dub Command (dub_cmd) is a solo project of the UK based producer and musician Gabriel Ufir, born and raised in Poland, where his love for reggae

and dub originates from. After moving to the UK at the age of 18, Gabriel

started learning to produce electronic and computer music and fell in

love with composing.

During this time he continued to explore the dub and through years of experiments in the studio he managed to create a unique blend of serious dub basslines over electronic-reggae, often lo-fi style tracks. After the first release on Dubophonic Records in 2019, received a positive response from the soundsystem scene and fast growing audience, Dub Command started to play live shows the same year. 

Since then, Gabriel has managed to collaborate with a number of artists from all over the globe. Through 2020-2021 released more material on Dubophonic Records and remixed for names such as Vibronics or Zion Train. 

2022 brought the first vinyl release, which turned out to be a big success and sold out in one day.

2023 will bring new music and collaborations as well as plenty of live shows.

The elusive dub hermit, often unseen, toiling away in the hermit cave, meditating on low frequency vibrations.  From a very early age, the love of reggae and dub was instilled in him. Over the years, the reclusive Hermit Dubz has been accumulating a horde of dub influenced sonic artefacts, built at the Hermit Cave studios in Birmingham, UK. Hermit Dubz crafts these sonic artefacts with a love of sound system music and culture driving the creative direction of the music. Having released a number of projects on labels such as Dubophonic and Abendigo records, he has now also created his own Silent River label. Working with artists such as Robert Dallas, Prince Alla, Ranking Joe, Colour Red, Prince Jamo, Amelia Harmony, Izyah Davis, Cheshire Cat, and more, Hermit Dubz continues to create bass heavy, deep roots music for sound systems all around the world!

DJ Monday

 Irie vibes since 2010, DJ Monday is mostly influenced by Jamaican and UK culture of Reggae music. Known for his “feel good“ Reggae selections. His aim is to spread the positive message that surround the genre. He will set up the mood and fill up the dancefloor with steady bass lines and melodies. His selections : Roots Rock Reggae, Dub, Digital, Rub a Dub, old school Dancehall Reggae. He’s a crew member/Selector of Jah Star Soundsystem based in Limassol.

With a decade of music production under his belt, Drmaxx is a BassOnWheel resident known for his versatile beats. From bass house to dubstep, trap to DnB, he's played established clubs and events in Limassol. Drawing inspiration from diverse genres, Drmaxx keeps the dance floor alive with his dynamic bass music.

Just Nick

Specializing in the dark and absurd, Just Nick aims to share the unique soundscape of modern bass music, with a twisted blend of jump up, techno and rollers.

Just nick entered the scene as a resident member of the BassOnWheel group, packing a USB of face melters in 2023. Despite the young of his age he has been into electronic music for a couple of years and does his own production, exploring the depths and new possibilities of bass music.

Strygo

Strygo, a seasoned DJ and event host with nearly 10 years in the scene, has been a driving force in the bass culture for the past 5 years. As a BassOnWheel resident, he electrifies crowds with Garage and Bass house bangers, making every performance unforgettable.

Kriss

Kriss's love for electronic music started young, and after years of exploring genres in Cyprus and London, he began DJing private parties in 2021. By 2023, he became a BassOnWheel resident, bringing his eclectic taste and infectious energy to every set.

Timeline - Originating in the explosion of the sound system culture of the late Seventies & Eighties "Timeline" will surely take you back in time as his selecta handle suggests. Greatly influenced by the rankin" style of that period he won't dissapoint serious revival roots & dub heads.

Vladimir Yukhno aka V.Y is a long time music digger, dj and promoter with wide selection of dub, dubstep and drum&bass.

From 2010 deeply involved in bass music culture of Cyprus. In the past core member of Ultraviolet crew that officially established local scene of dubstep and drum&bass music on the island.

For the last decade core member of DDC Family and inspirer of bass music events named Deprivation, Bass Culture Music, Drum&Bass Resistance and Drum&Bass Intelligence.

V.Y’s passion for music led him to countless appearances at local parties and festivals as well as playing at world known events in different countries. From rave to chill, night or day, he finds the way for audience to be engaged and enjoy the moment of sound system music experience.

Ales Hlavnicka, a.k.a. Karma Base is a multi-genre DJ and Producer based in Cyprus, however his origin is coming from the underground DNB scene of Czech Republic. He is one of the main faces of Czech Enrage D&B and fresh addition to Cyprus DDC crew, both hosting high quality Bass Music events with foreign and local headline-acts artists.

Karma’s selection is designed to connect the audience into one unity and to express and let go all emotions freely out throughout the journeys in his sets. His energic mixing will not leave the crowd calm and will deliver unique experience for any time slot of the party.

Karma Base performed on the stage with the artist like Teddy Killerz, Magnetude, Zardonic, AKOV, Zombie Cats, Telekinesis, Merikan, Disphonia, Disprove, IHR, Trilo, A-Cray and high majority of the Czech DNB best DJs, and his mixes could be heard across the clubs and festivals of Czech Republic and Cyprus.

Minεrαλs / MINΕRAΛΣ 

Introduced to reggae and dub culture growing up from a very young age in the mid 90s, influenced with roots reggae and dub.

In 2011 the name μinεraλs was created, inspired by the sense that music and vibrations are important minerals for the body and brain, reminds us the 

freedom in every existence. Active in various events since 2012.

Ohmzy is a Cypriot DJ who has been DJing since 2015.

He has always been a good listener and was interested in electronic dub psydub and psychill music. DJ Ohmzy thinks music is the best healer and wants to spread his feelings everywhere and help people get to know this beautiful music.

DJ Euphoria

Born and raised in East London, I've been immersed in the underground rave music scene since 1989, amassing a vinyl collection of over 3,000 records that spans the full spectrum of rave music, from the early days of acid house in 1987 to hardcore, jungle, and drum and bass. Labels like Reinforced, Suburban Base, Kniteforce, and Basement Records.

My passion for music was ignited by listening to pirate radio stations, such as Kool Fm, Rush Fm and Eruption during the birth of the rave scene, and it wasn't long before I was hooked and behind the decks myself. Spending hours in record shops, looking for those tunes you heard out the weekend before. Putting hours into mixing,  recording to tapes (yes, cassette tapes, for those of you who are too young to remember) so we'd have tunes to listen to on the way to the next rave.

I attended hundreds of events from Fantazia, Dreamscape, Telepathy, Pandemonium, Desire and many more, travelling across the country with like minded ravers. The good old days indeed!

Over the years, I've had the privilege of playing at numerous events across the UK, becoming a resident vinyl only DJ on Breakpirates.com, the longest-running breakbeat internet radio station. I thrive on the diversity of the music, whether it's hard, happy, dark, or moody. I have a huge passion for this amazing music, the crazy sampling, fast beats and the whole love, peace and unity of the scene, bringing together all races, religions, creeds. I live for music, whether rave, rare groove, reggae, dub or electronic 80s!

I'm excited to bring my love for this dynamic sound to Cyprus. Time to hit the dance floor!

**Charm** is a London-born DJ residing in Limassol with deep roots in the vibrant Brixton scene. Emerging from the early 2000s underground hip-hop movement, Charm’s journey began through the graffiti culture in the UK. The exploration of drum and bass and jungle through underground scenes, raves and pirate radio stations like Kool FM and Origin FM fueled a profound passion for music and its origins.

Charm's dedication led to a deeper dive into the music’s evolution, exploring earlier genres like hardcore and the origins of iconic samples. This curiosity eventually sparked a love for rare groove and reggae, which Charm has been avidly collecting on vinyl since 2008. Known for spinning at house and squat parties across London and attending many soundsytem events and raves. Charm has also been a long running guest DJ on Breakpirates Radio, known as the bad gal selekta, continuously blending and celebrating the diverse sounds of underground music.

Suzie Selecta from Germany, long time resident in Cyprus with many shows in Cyprus, Greece and Germany. Selecting a combination of oldschool & newschool vibrations. Her special love: Jamaican riddims inna ragga style!

SmoKing Salmon / Natty Rise started loving reggae music already in the past century, while listening to it on his walkman as a school boy. Since then he had the chance to co-create reggae vibes internationally for many years, in different occasions, from Athens all the way to Mexico and The Netherlands, now sharing them here in Cyprus where he's settling. His program is diverse while clearly rooted in the very essence of reggae, expressed usually as festive dancehall, raggamuffin, lover's rock and new reggae. Crucial messages delivered with a powerful, uplifting sound.

Krox Live electronic dub sessions. A sound journey in time. 

Giannis Michail was born and raised in Limassol. At a young age, he started guitar lessons and got involved in live music scenes, playing classic rock music. Later, at 18, he moved and studied at Brunel University of West London, where he studied and developed his musical influences in jazz, free improvisation, and electronic music. Subsequently, he attended the Athens Opera Conservatory in the field of music technology with digital media.

From 2017 to the present, he created the Modern Guitar Lab, which houses musical experimentation, teaching modern music in theory, production, and performance. Through his experiences, intensive study, and experimentation, Giannis created pieces for short films and contemporary dance performances, as well as participation in the Sardam Festival, where he orchestrated electronic pieces and excerpts from the poetic collection "Urban Misfortunes" on stage, with Dimitris Gioulos performing and narrating his poetic writing. At the same time, as a modern artist in the music scene, he appeared at local festivals in Cyprus such as the Afro Banana Festival, Honest Electronics ‘the gathering,’ Nicosia Make Music Festival, Alliance Francaise Limassol Music Festival, Paradise Jazz Festival with Giorgos Krasidis' Jazzologia Cyprus Big Band, Synesthesia, and Bass Culture Music Festival.

With his main influence being live performance and improvisation, he creates a musical ensemble combining analog and digital synthesizers, Ableton Live, and electric guitar. In his musical performances or projects, he prepares a unique aesthetic set each time that can express electronic music, modern harmony with solo interest, and sound exploration through analog and digital effects.
